• specialized monitoring, measurement taking, diagnostics and analysis, reporting, research and assessment of operative technical condition, monitoring of components and services availability
• guaranteed coverage of service processes and related activities through HelpDesk and HotLine, with availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• guaranteed service with formally defined SLA parameters
